One of our favorite events of the year is our annual users conference (CtUC) each fall in Nashville, TN. This year we’re taking things to the next level by offering our best Monday Night Event yet, an inspiring keynote speaker, as well as more CEs than ever before.
We recently wrote a post on the 3 Reasons You Can’t Miss CtUC 2018, and we wanted to expand on those reasons giving a little more insight into session topics, speakers, and the Monday Night Event.
Breakout Session Topics
What’s so exciting about the breakout session topics this year? They were all selected by YOU! We sent out a survey to all of our customers at more than 700 facilities, took your top-rated topics, and found SPD and OR experts to teach and explore those topics with you.
Some of the topics include:
- Essential Reports for Managing an SPD
- Data Accuracy, Standardization, and Maintenance
- Washer Module – Compliance with the New AAMI Regulations
- OR & SPD Working Together
- Using Quality Feedback
CEs and Breakout Session Layout
With this year’s breakout session layout, you’ll have the opportunity to customize your schedule and choose to attend the sessions that are most valuable to you and your department. We’re also making sure that there will be no more than 60 attendees in each breakout session to ensure you get answers to any questions you may want to ask.
This layout also allows you to earn up to 16 CEs throughout the event, which is the most we’ve ever offered!
We hope you’re as excited to hear from Inky Johnson as we are. You’ll get to hear the inkspirational story of how he turned a football injury that left him partially paralyzed into a positive to mentor others.
We had to pull a few strings to get him at CtUC, but we know his charisma and raw energy will not only captivate you but also encourage you.

Monday Night Event
Throughout the CtUC years, we’ve had some pretty spectacular Monday Night Events, but we think this one will take the cake!
We’ve rented out the Grand Ole Opry stage for dinner and booked Studio A in the Opry after dinner for dancing and entertainment. Not only will you be able stand in country music’s legendary circle, you’ll get to dance the night away with a surprise band from Nashville! The best part? It’s no additional charge to you – it’s included in your CtUC registration.
CtUC 2018 will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville from September 16-18, 2018. Be sure to check out last year’s CtUC recap video to hear from attendees and what to look forward to this year. We can’t wait to see you there!
